As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Christopher Schoelen - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Christopher Schoelen - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.

I’m Chris Schoelen, a proud husband, father, and graduate of Coastal Carolina University, where I earned my degree in Business Management and Marketing. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in sales and management, developing a passion for leadership, team building, and helping others succeed. I opened my first State Farm agency in May 2019 and have since expanded to two growing offices in South Glastonbury and Suffield, Connecticut.
Today, we have a diverse, multicultural team of approximately 10 talented individuals. Our office culture is energetic, competitive, and goal-driven, but we also believe in supporting one another, celebrating wins, and having fun along the way. Whether we’re enjoying team lunches and dinners, recognizing individual accomplishments, or pushing each other to reach new goals, we strive to create a positive environment where everyone feels valued and motivated to succeed.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
